Shipping Overview
- Daily Order Cut-Off: 18:00 GMT
- Processing Time: 1–2 days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit Time: 3–4 days (Monday–Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 4–6 business days
- No shipping fees apply to deliveries within the United Kingdom
Shipment Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking enabled. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Delivery progress can also be viewed through our Track Your Order page.
Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@valanoria.com. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the processing stage. If your order has already been delivered and you no longer wish to keep it, you can request a return by following the procedures outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Delivery Time Variations
While we aim to meet the stated delivery estimates, shipping timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control. These may include peak trading periods or public holidays, severe weather conditions, courier or customs-related delays, or high order volumes.
If your parcel has not arrived within 4–6 business days, please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery. If the shipment has still not arrived after this period, contact our support team at info@valanoria.com so we can investigate.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@valanoria.com and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
After review, we will arrange either a replacement at no additional cost, or a full refund to your original payment method.
